Vision:

To sustain Moonnilavu Grama Panchayat as a people-friendly panchayat by ensuring public welfare through comprehensive model initiatives.

Mission:

  • To provide better, efficient, and time-bound services to the public.
  • To ensure the welfare of the people of Moonnilavu Grama Panchayat, which is densely populated by Scheduled Tribes (ST) and ordinary citizens.
